UPREACH LEARNING FRANCHISE

Build a learning center.
With UpReach behind you.

Bring K–12 learning and test preparation to your community. Choose a physical center with online courses, or build an online learning center under the UpReach Learning brand.

For companies ready to implement our standards, present a clear operating plan and enter into written agreements.

Two franchise models share a learning system: a physical center with online courses and a fully online learning center.

TWO WAYS TO BUILD

One learning standard. Two operating models.

OPTION 01

Physical Learning Center + Online Courses

A local teaching space connected to an online learning experience. Deliver approved in-person programs and extend learning beyond the classroom.

  • An approved location, classroom setup and local operating plan.
  • A center leader and trained teaching team.
  • In-class instruction, after-class practice and online course access.
  • Local outreach, family communication and center operations.
Apply for Option 1

OPTION 02

Online Learning Center

A branded online center for companies delivering approved courses remotely. Combine structured digital resources with a planned teaching and learner-support service.

  • An approved online program and student-support plan.
  • A center leader and trained online teaching team.
  • Online instruction, independent practice and progress reviews.
  • Digital outreach, family communication and online operations.
Apply for Option 2

Both models require UpReach approval. The agreement defines your programs, delivery format, location or service area, fees and licensed resources.

Follow resource updates, review learner progress and take part in the agreed quality-review and support cycle.

Training scope, service arrangements and support responsibilities are defined in the agreement and operating manual.

THE UPREACH STANDARD

Your company. A shared commitment to learning.

We look for operators who can turn a sound project into consistent teaching, reliable service and responsible center management.

Accepting the standards is the starting point. Your project must show how your company will put them into practice.

  1. A clear implementation project

Define your learners, programs, team, delivery model, launch plan and operating resources.

  2. Prepared people

Appoint an accountable leader, train instructors and follow appropriate recruitment and safeguarding procedures.

  3. Consistent instruction

Use approved curriculum versions, placement procedures, lesson plans and progress reviews.

  4. Responsible operations

Meet applicable local requirements, protect learner information and maintain dependable communication.

  5. Quality you can demonstrate

Keep operating records, participate in reviews and address required improvements.

LOCAL IDENTITY. CONNECTED LEARNING.

Your center’s place online.

An approved UpReach web address connects your local identity with the network’s brand and learning resources.

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU APPLY

Know what you are building.

Start with a company and a credible plan. The detailed terms follow a structured review.

Who can apply?

Companies prepared to implement UpReach standards, present an operating project and enter into the required agreements may apply. An existing education business can also propose an approved UpReach center.

Do I need a physical location?

Option 1 requires an approved physical teaching space plus online delivery. Option 2 operates as an online learning center and requires an approved digital delivery and learner-support plan.

Are fees and territory rights already fixed?

Fees, required investment, service area and any exclusivity are provided in the applicable disclosures and written terms. No exclusive territory or financial return is promised on this page.

Can I use every book or modify the curriculum?

Your license schedule identifies approved programs, titles and permitted uses. Changes to curriculum, branding or distribution require written approval; ownership of these resources does not transfer.

Can I add the other model later?

You may propose an expansion. Adding a physical center, online service, new location or program requires review and written approval under the applicable terms.

Does submitting the form grant franchise rights?

No. It starts an initial review. Rights depend on approval, required disclosures, signed agreements and completion of the launch requirements.
