The terms that guide your UpReach experience.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the UpReach Learning website and services. UpReach Learning can be contacted at 1255 Enclave Parkway, Houston, TX 77077, or through Contact UpReach. A written school agreement, enrollment confirmation or product-specific terms may provide additional details for the service you purchase.

2. Choose and confirm your service

Our website describes school services, live online tutoring, digital courses and publications. Sending an inquiry or application does not create a purchase, enrollment, reservation or employment agreement. Review the confirmed scope, price, access period, schedule and any product-specific conditions before making payment.

3. Accounts and learner access

Use accurate account details and keep your password secure. Use the account assigned to your enrollment or school invitation. Do not share account access or another learner’s records. A parent or guardian should manage inquiries and payment arrangements for a child. School-arranged access follows the applicable school agreement and account instructions.

4. Tutoring and school services

Parent tutoring is planned with a Tutor Coordinator. The published session rate is $65 for a 55-minute live online session through Google Meet. Monthly totals depend on the agreed session count. School services, staffing responsibilities, schedules, materials, reporting and charges are defined in the school’s confirmed plan or agreement. Contact the coordinator promptly about attendance or scheduling problems.

5. Courses, subscriptions and digital access

Check the product page and checkout for the price, billing frequency, access period and included resources. A subscription renews only as disclosed in its checkout and confirmation. Course access, certificates and assessment requirements follow the enrolled product’s instructions. An UpReach completion certificate is separate from a state teaching license and does not guarantee employment.

6. Changes, cancellations and refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling, renewal and refund arrangements depend on the purchased product or signed service agreement. Review the applicable conditions before paying and retain your confirmation. For a request, use Contact UpReach with the product or service and order details; do not send payment credentials. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Publications and external services

Amazon purchase links take you to an independent retailer. Its listing controls the available edition, price, delivery, returns and any stated digital-access inclusion. A book includes online resources only when the edition explicitly states this. Third-party websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices.

8. Learning materials and acceptable use

Use learning materials for the access and purpose granted with your purchase or school agreement. Do not copy, redistribute, sell or publish protected material without permission. Respect other learners and educators. Do not submit unlawful, abusive or misleading content, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the website or learning platform.

9. Website availability and learning outcomes

Access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance or technical problems. Report issues through the support channel for your service. Learning results depend on the learner’s circumstances and participation; website descriptions do not guarantee a particular score, placement or outcome.

10. Privacy and updates

Our Privacy policy and Cookies & storage notice explain website data practices. We may update these terms and will show the revised date on this page. Existing purchases remain subject to the conditions applicable to that purchase, except where a change is required by law.

11. Applicable law and questions
