A FEW USEFUL DETAILS

Before you get started.

Are any tutoring sessions in person?

All UpReach tutoring services described here are online.

Do I need to purchase a package before contacting you?

Start by sending a request. Our team will discuss availability, the proposed plan and the price with you before you decide.

Can I request a phone call?

Yes. Include your phone number, preferred callback time and time zone in the message. If no number is supplied, we can reply to the email address on the form.

My school already uses UpReach. What should I do?

Use the learner’s existing account and check the school’s access instructions. Tell our team about any existing school arrangement when you contact us.

Tell us what your learner is working on.

A grade, a subject and a goal are enough to start the conversation.

Send a parent request

Before your first session

Share your learner’s grade, subject and goal, along with the days and times that may work for your family. Do not include confidential student records in the request form.

Use the follow-up conversation to confirm the tutor match, session length, schedule, price and access arrangements before committing to a service.

Plan a quiet place to learn and a reliable internet connection. Ask which device and learning materials are needed for your agreed tutoring plan.
