Know the cost before you commit.
Every session is 55 minutes of live online tutoring through Google Meet. The same $65 session rate applies to the parent tutoring subjects and tests listed below.

These are examples, not fixed packages. Choose the number of sessions with your coordinator. Your monthly tutoring total is the agreed session count × $65. Sending a request does not create a booking or charge.
SUBJECTS & TEST PREPARATION

K–12 Math
Number sense, fractions, ratios, algebra, functions, and geometry matched to the learner’s grade.
K–12 English Language Arts
Reading comprehension, evidence, vocabulary, writing structure, and revision.
K–12 Science
Grade-appropriate concepts, scientific reasoning, graphs, data, and explanations.
SAT
Math and Reading & Writing skills, question approaches, practice review, and pacing.
ACT
English, Math, and Reading; Science or Writing when relevant to the learner’s test plan.
TSI / TSIA2
Mathematics, English Language Arts and Reading, and essay preparation as needed.
STAAR
Grade-level or end-of-course support focused on the skills your learner needs.
HOW IT WORKS
One coordinator. A clear monthly routine.
The coordinator stays involved before and after your learner’s sessions.
Share the learning need
Send the parent request with the grade, subject or test, topics, and preferred days and times. Include your time zone. Not sure what to choose? Describe what is difficult right now.
Agree your monthly plan
The Tutor Coordinator discusses the learning focus and tutor availability with you. Agree the dates and the number of 55-minute sessions. Each session costs $65.
Review and pay
The coordinator emails a payment link for the agreed monthly plan. For example, eight sessions cost $520. Review the confirmed plan before paying.
Receive the schedule and link
Both you and the tutor receive the confirmed lesson dates, times, and Google Meet link by email. Every session is live online.
Learn and confirm
After each lesson, the coordinator asks both the parent and tutor to confirm it took place. If the lesson could not happen, the coordinator reschedules it.
Plan the next month
Review the learner’s focus and schedule with the coordinator. Agree the next month’s session count and receive the next payment link.

Have your meeting link, a connected computer or tablet, paper, and writing materials ready. Share the topic or assignment with the coordinator in advance so the tutor can prepare.

Questions parents ask.
How much does tutoring cost?
Each live online session costs $65 and lasts 55 minutes. Four sessions cost $260, eight cost $520, and twelve cost $780. The coordinator confirms your session count and monthly total before sending a payment link.
Are all lessons online?
Yes. All parent tutoring is live online through Google Meet. You receive the link and confirmed schedule by email. A computer or tablet, reliable internet connection, and a quiet space help the learner take part.
Do I pay when I send the request?
No. The request starts a conversation with the Tutor Coordinator. You review the subject, topics, tutor availability, schedule, and monthly amount before paying through the emailed payment link.
Do we have to choose 4, 8, or 12 sessions?
No. These are monthly cost examples, not fixed packages or discounts. The coordinator helps you agree the number of 55-minute sessions your learner needs.
What should I put in the request?
Include the learner’s grade, subject or test, a topic or learning goal, and preferred days and times with your time zone. You can add a parent phone number if you would like a call.
What happens if a lesson cannot take place?
The coordinator follows up with both parent and tutor after the lesson. If it did not take place, the coordinator works with them to arrange a new time.
How do we plan the following month?
Each month is planned with you. The coordinator confirms the learning focus, dates, session count, and payment details for the next month.
