Send the page or resource title, what you were trying to do and what stopped you. Include your device or assistive technology if relevant.

For a course, live session or book resource, identify the particular activity so our team can review the available support.

Getting help with an accessibility request

Describe the barrier in our LearnWorlds request form. A parent, colleague or other person supporting you can send the request on your behalf. Include your preferred reply method, but do not share passwords or confidential records.
