Who makes the purchase?
A parent or guardian selects and purchases the agreed tutoring package. The learner uses their own assigned UpReach account for sessions and learning activities.
Can we choose the schedule?
Share your preferred days, times and time zone. Our coordinator confirms a schedule based on tutor availability.
Where are the online sessions?
Sessions take place through Zoom, accessed from the learner’s UpReach tutoring course. Use the learner account associated with the tutoring plan.
Does my school already provide access?
If your school arranged UpReach support, check its instructions before purchasing a separate tutoring plan. Our team can help clarify your access.
