Affiliate program terms

Understand the arrangement before joining.

1. Program participation

These terms apply when UpReach Learning accepts you into its affiliate program. Creating an account or expressing interest does not by itself establish an approved affiliate relationship. Review the commission arrangements and any written partner conditions before joining.

2. Approved promotion

Use approved links and accurate descriptions of UpReach products. Do not promise outcomes, discounts or services that UpReach has not authorized. Do not impersonate UpReach, send unsolicited bulk messages or use misleading advertising. Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship where required for your promotion.

3. Commission and payment arrangements

The applicable commission rate, qualifying transactions, attribution period, payment schedule and treatment of refunds are the arrangements disclosed for your approved affiliate account or in your written partner agreement. Do not assume that a website visit or inquiry creates a payable commission. Contact UpReach to clarify these arrangements before promotion.

4. Brand and personal information

Use UpReach names and materials only as authorized for the program. Do not collect learner credentials, payment details or confidential student records on UpReach’s behalf. Refer prospective customers to the approved UpReach pages and checkout.

5. Ending participation

UpReach may suspend or end participation for misuse, misleading promotion or a breach of agreed partner conditions. Any outstanding commission is reviewed under the applicable approved arrangements and the status of the underlying transactions.
